EASY CARAMEL FROSTING 
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. cream or canned milk
1 tbsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Bring to a full rolling boil and boil exactly 3 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat and beat for a few minutes until creamy. Enough for the top and sides of a 9 inch square cake.
