EASY BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. round steak, cut in 3/4 inch chunks (or use beef stew meat)
2 tbsp. butter
1 med. onion, cut in chunks
Mushrooms as desired.

Cook meat in melted butter. Add onions and mushrooms. Cook until tender.

FOR EACH 1 POUND OF MEAT: Add 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 teaspoon paprika. Heat thoroughly, then add 1/2 cup sour cream and heat again. Serve over cooked wide egg noodles.
