CREME CANDY | |
2 c. white sugar 1/2 c. cold water 1/2 c. white Karo syrup 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar Boil to good soft ball stage. Remove from heat. Add 1 teaspoon flavoring and appropriate color; green with peppermint flavor, red with wintergreen flavor, orange with orange flavor. Do not cool. Stir until creamy. Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper. When cool and set, store in covered container. |
