CALABRIAN CHICKEN 
2 whole chicken breasts, boneless, skinless and cut in half
About 2 tsp. dried basil
Garlic powder
Juice of half a lg. fresh lemon
(optional) 1/2 c. chopped, steamed broccoli

Pound chicken breasts to slightly thin. Sprinkle garlic powder liberally on both sides of chicken. Sprinkle (and crush at same time to unlock flavor) dried basil over sides of chicken. Place 1-2 teaspoons of broccoli on each breast if desired. Roll breasts. Place in pan with seam down on bottom of pan. Pour lemon juice over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or until chicken is done. Serves 4.
