GRAND TETON BLUEBERRY HOT CAKES 
1 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
1 1/4 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. blueberries

In medium bowl mix flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and soda.

In small bowl beat together egg, buttermilk and butter. Stir into flour mixture until batter is almost smooth.

Spoon 2 tablespoons batter for each hot cake onto lightly greased skillet or griddle (medium to medium high heat).

Sprinkle each with berries. When bubbles appear on surface, turn and brown other side.
