DOUBLE CRUST MEAT PIE 
Pie crust (opt.)
1 lb. beef (hamburger, pork, etc.), cooked
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. shredded raw carrot
2 med. shredded raw potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. ketchup
1 c. water
1 tsp. dry mustard

Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally for 20 minutes. You may add 1 can mushroom pieces, optional. Cool slightly and put into pie crust. At this stage may be frozen or bake at 425 degrees until brown. Or may be served over rice instead of baked in crust.
