PUMPKIN PIE SQUARES 
Crust:

1 yellow cake mix
1 egg
1/2 c. melted butter

Combine crust mixture and form in bottom of cake pan. Save 1 cup of this cake mix for the topping.

Filling:

2/3 c. milk
2 eggs beaten till smooth
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger

Combine ingredients for filling and pour over crust mix in pan.

Topping:

1 c. saved cake mix
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. soft butter
1 tsp. cinnamon

Combine topping ingredients by mixing until crumbly then sprinkle over filling.

Bake at 350°F for 55 minutes. When cool serve with whipped cream on top.
