PASTA TWIST SALAD 
Cook 1 pound macaroni twist until tender. Drain and cool. In food processor, chop 1 bell pepper. (Drain juice on paper towel.) 3-4 carrots, shaved

DRESSING:

1 c. water
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
2 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)

Pour dressing over macaroni and add onion, bell pepper and carrots. Mix well. Chill.
