HEARTY BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
6 med. potatoes
1 beef bouillon cube
1 can cream of celery soup
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 sm. onion

Brown beef and onion. Slice potatoes. In casserole dish put one layer of potatoes, then layer of beef, alternating continually. Dissolve bouillon cube in cup warm water. Mix soup, bouillon cube and Worcestershire sauce and pour over beef and potatoes. May top with melted cheese if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
