LASAGNA 
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
8 oz. fresh mushrooms

Brown all above ingredients together over medium heat. Add 2 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes. Cook 1 package of lasagna noodles (according to directions on package).

Begin Layering:

1/3 tomato sauce
1/3 noodles (3)
1/2 lb. ricotta
1/2 lb. mozzarella
1/2 c. Parmesan
Repeat layer

Note: You will need 1 pound mozzarella (Kraft makes already sliced cheese that works well), 1 pound ricotta and 1 cup Parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
