CARAMEL POPCORN CHRISTMAS TREE 
1 pkg. (14 oz.) Kraft caramels
3 tbsp. cold water
4 qts. popped corn
1/2 tsp. salt
Green and red gumdrops, cut in half

Melt caramels with water in saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth. Pour over popped corn, toss until well coated. With hands slightly moistened with cold water, form into 36 (1 1/2 inch) balls. Using 11 balls as circular base, stack remaining balls on top of base to form a Christmas tree. Decorate with green and red gumdrops.
