1 c. sugar
1/4 c. orange juice
Round dish - 2 1/2 qt. casserole dish
2 1/2 c. shelled pecans

Cook 6 minutes at 70%. Stir. Cook 8 to 10 minutes, again at 70%. Take it out and spread on piece of butter foil and let cool.
