SPAGHETTI CARBONARA 
1 lb. spaghetti
2 tbsp. olive oil
5 oz. thick slice bacon
3 tbsp. butter
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Start spaghetti cooking while browning bacon in oil. Drain bacon and set aside. In bowl mix eggs, pepper, salt, cream and cheese. In large skillet melt butter very slow over low heat. When butter becomes golden in color, add egg mixture. When mixture begins to thicken. Add drained cooked spaghetti and the bacon. Quickly mix and serve. Sprinkle with cheese.
