2 sticks butter, whipped
3 c. sugar
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. maple flavoring (or your favorite flavoring)
1/2 c. Crisco
5 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. butter flavoring

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix in butter and Crisco in standard mixing bowl. Add sugar and blend well. Mix in eggs, one at a time. Add flour and milk alternately. Add each flavor and mix thoroughly. Pour batter into greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes.

Warning: Do not open oven while cake is rising or it will fall flat and you'll have a cake with cheesecake consistency but the best you've ever had!
