CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream corn
1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
1/2 stick butter
2 eggs
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. grated cheddar

Reserve a little cheese. Mix all ingredients together. Pour in casserole dish and top with remaining cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes until set in middle.

Be careful not to overbake. This side dish could take the place of dressing at a holiday meal.
