MONKEY BREAD 
4 (10 oz.) cans flaky biscuits
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins (opt.)
1 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. pecan pieces
1 1/4 sticks butter
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Mix together sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon; quarter each biscuit and roll in sugar mixture. Layer biscuits and pecan pieces in a well greased bundt or tube pan. In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter, vanilla and remaining 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Boil for 1 minute and pour over biscuits. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Invert onto serving plate. Eat with fingers. Pull apart. You may add 1 cup raisins with pecans if desired.
