PORK CHOPS AND KRAUT 
6 chops
1 lg. can sauerkraut
Garlic oil
Salt
Onion

Brown chops in garlic oil. Season with salt. Dice an onion and simmer slowly. Add squeezed sauerkraut. Continue cooking until onion is done. Add liquid and simmer slowly until tender, adding liquid when needed. Great with mashed potatoes.
