Angel food cake
1 lg. cream cheese
1 lg. (16 oz.) Cool Whip
2 c. powdered sugar
1 pkg. strawberry glaze mix
1 lg. qt. strawberries, sliced

Cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Add and mix Cool Whip (I use a little less Cool Whip then it calls for).

Break angel food cake up and put in bottom of large Pyrex dish. Put cream cheese mixture on top. Slice strawberries and mix with glaze. Spread on top of cake. Chill and serve.

This recipe can also be adapted to fresh peaches using peach glaze.
