HAM BALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground cured ham
1 lb. ground pork
2 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard

Mix first five ingredients, mix well and make into about 1" balls. Mix remaining ingredients in saucepan, bring to boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Pour over balls, coating each. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn meatballs, baste. Bake 20 to 30 minutes more.
