ROYAL CHICKEN BREASTS 
4 lg. chicken breasts, boneless
1/4 c. olive oil
1 c. whipping cream
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
7 oz. can whole chiles, cut into strips
Cooked rice

Heat olive oil in heavy skillet over high heat. Brown chicken on both sides. Transfer chicken to glass baking dish. Place chiles over chicken. Blend whipping cream, parsley, pepper and salt. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees, basting with sauce about 45 minutes. Serve over rice.
