GOLDEN SALAD 
1 box lemon Jello
2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cooked rice, not too soft
1 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained

Dissolve Jello in the 2 cups of water. Chill, but not stiff. Add rest of ingredients, chill until firm.
