SPINACH PUFF | |
2 pkg. frozen spinach, chopped 1 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. Bisquick baking mix 2 eggs 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese Heat oven to 325 degrees. Butter pan. Cook spinach as directed on package; drain. Beat baking mix, milk, eggs and salt with hand beater until smooth. Stir in spinach and cheese. Pour into buttered pan. Bake until knife inserted comes out clean about 1 hour. Serve immediately. Broccoli may be substituted for spinach. |
