CHICKEN OR TURKEY PIE 
4 c. bite-size pieces cooked chicken or turkey
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can condensed chicken broth (10 3/4 oz.)
1 tsp. onion powder
1 can (16 oz.) peas & carrots, drained
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. butter, melted (not butter)

Lightly grease pan; put chicken or turkey in pan. Mix soup, broth and onion. Pour over chicken or turkey. Arrange peas and carrots over top. Mix together flour and baking powder in a bowl; add buttermilk and butter; stir. Spread evenly over the top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour in 9 x 13 inch pan. Serves 8.
