WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. wild rice, uncooked
1 chopped onion
3 stalks chopped celery
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. white wine (optional)
2 tbsp. butter
1 qt. chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients. Place in casserole dish. Bake covered at 325 degrees for 2 hours.
