BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 1/2 c. broccoli
1/4 c. onion
1 c. chicken broth
Crisp croutons or bacon bits
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. chicken broth
1 c. half and half

Puree the broccoli, onion, and 1 cup chicken broth in blender. In a pan whisk and warm through butter, flour, 1 cup chicken broth, and half and half. Combine the two mixtures. Garnish with croutons or bacon.
