SEA FOAM SALAD 
1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) can pears, mashed in blender and drained
1 (6 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. Cool Whip

Drain juice from pears. Add Jello to it using large saucepan. Bring just to a boil, stirring. Remove from heat at once. Stir in pears which have been mashed well. Have cream cheese at room temperature. Beat cream cheese and gradually blend gelatin mixture into it. Chill until it reaches thickness of unbeaten egg whites. Fold Cool Whip into chilled mixture. Pour into mold sprayed with Pam and refrigerate until ready to unmold and serve.
