GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
3 large potatoes
3 medium onions
4 carrots
1- 10.5 oz. can tomato soup
1- 10.5 oz. cream of mushroom soup
cheese
butter

Preheat oven to 350°F. Brown ground beef. Add the cans of soup to the beef and set aside. Butter the bottom and sides of a 9 inch x 13 inch pan. Cut the vegetables into 1/4 inch slices and layer the pan with them. Pour the ground beef mixture over the vegetables and spread it evenly. Cover tightly with foil and bake 1 hour or until vegetables are done. Remove foil. Add your favorite cheese on top, put back in oven to melt.
