ITALIAN SAUSAGE SOUP 
1 1/2 lbs. mild Italian sausage (cut in 1/2 inch lengths)
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 onions, chopped
1 (28 oz.) can pear style tomatoes
3 (14 oz.) cans beef broth
1/2 tsp. basil
3 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 green pepper, chopped
2 zucchini, chopped
3 c. uncooked bow tie noodles

In a large pot, cook sausage until brown. Discard fat. Add garlic and onions and cook until limp. Add tomatoes and liquid and break into pieces with spoon. Add broth, wine and basil. Simmer 30 minutes. Cool and chill overnight.

When reheating add remaining ingredients. Simmer covered 25 minutes.
