1 (7 oz.) tuna, drained and flaked
1/4 c. fresh bread crumbs
1/4 c. ketchup
1 egg
3 tomatoes
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. muffin mix, prepared according to pkg. directions

Grease 9 inch round or square casserole. Combine first 7 ingredients, spread in bottom of dish, sprinkle with cheese, on top, then spread corn muffin mix. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Put Swiss Cheese Sauce over top.

SWISS CHEESE SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Make white sauce, add cheese.
