HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. diced chicken
1/2 c. toasted almonds
2 tsp. grated onion
2 c. chopped celery
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated American cheese
1 c. crushed potato chips

Combine first 7 ingredients and pat in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese and crushed potato chips.

Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
