VEGETABLE CRUNCH BUTTER 
1 pt. vegetables (your choice)
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. Corn Chex
1/2 tsp. chopped parsley
Salt
Pepper

Cook vegetables as you desire. Drain. Melt butter. Add parsley, salt and pepper (to taste). Add Chex. Stir gently until Chex are coated with butter. Quickly pour over vegetables. Serve immediately.
