CARAMEL GLAZE 
1/3 c. evaporated milk
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine evaporated milk and brown sugar in small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture begins to boil. Place milk mixture, powdered sugar and vanilla in bowl. Attach bowl and beat, turn speed to 4 and beat until creamy, about 2 minutes.
