HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
1 c. sour cream
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 stick butter
Corn flake crumbs

Mix hash browns, sour cream, soup, water, onion and 1/2 stick butter and pour into 9"x13" pan. Melt 1 stick butter and pour over top. Sprinkle corn flake crumbs over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
