PINEAPPLE BOAT DIP 
1 (6 oz.) can orange juice, thawed
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 1/4 c. milk
4 tbsp. sour cream
1 whole pineapple

Beat first 3 ingredients. Stir in sour cream. Split the pineapple in half and hollow out. Fill one side with dip. Serve with strawberries, cantaloupe and pineapple chunks.
