SPINACH BALLS 
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach (cook as directed)
1 stick butter
3 eggs
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Garlic Croutons
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Mix all together - form into balls. Freeze on cookie sheet, then place in freezer bag. These are great to make ahead and just have in freezer, ready for cooking. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
