1 cucumber 1 onion 1/4 c. vinegar 1/4 c. sugar Salt and pepper Mayonnaise Slice cucumber and onion. Soak in salt water for a few hours. Beat together vinegar, sugar and mayonnaise thinned with milk. Season with salt and pepper. Add cucumber and onion (well drained). Chill. | |
