RUGELACH 
1 lb. unsalted butter
4 eggs
5 c. flour
2 pkg. dry yeast
3 oz. warm water

FILLING:

1 lb. walnuts
1 lb. raisins
Cherry pie filling

Roll out dough. Cut into triangles (like a pizza). Smear filling on each triangle and roll, starting with wide end. When rolled, shape into crescents. Bake on a lightly greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until slightly browned.
