FROZEN STRAWBERRY SALAD 
14 oz. can fruit cocktail, drained
10 oz. pkg. frozen, sliced strawberries
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. whipping cream (Cool Whip or Dream Whip)

Thaw strawberries enough so that they can be crushed. Soften cream cheese. Blend strawberries into cream cheese. Whip cream stiffly. Fold into cream mixture. Drain cocktail and fold into creamy mixture. Freeze.
