CORN BREAD 
2 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornmeal
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Blend first 3 ingredients together. Add eggs, milk and buttermilk to dry ingredients and mix. Stir in baking soda. Pour into greased 8 x 8 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 25 minutes or until done.

This tasted delicious! It was a lighter style of cornbread that was slightly sweet and very moist. I did have to cook it a little loinger than 25 minutes... it was more like 35 minutes. But overall this is the very best cornbread I've ever eaten.
