FROZEN FRUIT SALAD CUPS | |
1 pt. sour cream 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1/3 c. sugar 1/8 tsp. salt 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained 1/4 c. chopped maraschino cherries 3 bananas, peeled & cubed 1/4 c. chopped pecans Combine all ingredients and pour into muffin tins lined with paper muffin cups. Freeze until firm. Store in plastic bags. Yields about 1 1/2 dozen. |
