2 or 3 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. green pepper, diced
1 med. onion, diced
1 lg. jar sliced mushrooms
2 cans tomatoes (2 1/2 size can), cut up tomatoes in sm. pieces
1 sm. pkg. Mozzarella cheese
1 lg. pkg. Mozzarella cheese (4 c. size)
1 bag wide egg noodles

Brown beef (salt and pepper as much as desired), green pepper and onion in large skillet. Drain off grease. Add mushrooms, tomatoes and small package Mozzarella cheese. Simmer for 20 to 25 minutes. Boil noodles in salt water until tender. Drain noodles.

Mix noodles and ground beef mixture together. Pour half of the noodles and beef mixture in baking dish. Add layer of Mozzarella cheese on top. Repeat with the rest of noodles and beef mixture and top with the rest of Mozzarella cheese. Cover with reynolds wrap and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
