TEXAS CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. baking soda

Bring to a rolling boil 2 sticks butter, 4 tablespoons cocoa and 1 cup water. Mix liquid into flour mixture and beat well. Bake in a 12x18 jelly roll pan (greased) at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

ICING:

1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Boil 4 tablespoons cocoa, 1 stick butter and 6 tablespoons milk. Add powdered sugar and vanilla and boil until well mixed. Ice cake while icing mixture is still hot. If desired, add 1 cup nuts to icing.
