ONE A DAY BANANA BARS 
3/4 c. oil
2/3 c. honey
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 med. bananas, mashed
1 3/4 c. plus 1 tbsp. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. chocolate chips

Cream oil and honey. Add egg and vanilla and beat. Stir in bananas. Beat in flour. Stir in chips. Pour in a greased 15 x 10 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cut into bars.
