TEX-MEX SALAD | |
1 head lettuce 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded 1 (15 oz.) can Ranch style beans, chilled 1 diced tomato 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 bottle Catalina dressing, chilled 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Fritos, crushed Tear lettuce into small pieces. Drain and wash chilled beans. Add beans to lettuce, then tomato, onions, cheese and dressing. Chill 30 minutes. Add crushed Fritos just before serving. |
