SHRIMP STEW 
1 lb. Polish Kielbasa sausage
3 lbs. shrimp
1 c. onion
3 pods garlic
1/2 c. sweet pepper
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. scallions
Tomato sauce
3 sm. potatoes
Thyme
Parsley

Saute onions and tomato sauce until it thickens. Add seasonings and diced smoke sausage and add water; up to 3 1/2 cups.

Cook on low fire about 30 minutes then add potatoes and shrimp. Cook until potatoes are tender. Add McCormick dry tomato sauce for desired thickness. Serve with rice and green salad.
