HAWAIIAN CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts (boneless & skinless)
Salt & pepper to taste
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. lite soy sauce
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Lemon zest
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple slices in own juice
Paprika

Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper and garlic. Broil until done. Pour pineapple juice in saucepan. Combine with honey, lemon juice, soy sauce and cornstarch. Cook until thickened. Stir while cooking. Add pineapple slices and simmer about 5 minutes. Pour sauce over chicken. Sprinkle with lemon zest and paprika. Serves 4.
