48 oz. can pineapple juice 12 oz. can frozen orange juice (add water per can) 1 tbsp. lemon juice 5 ripe mashed bananas 4 c. sugar 6 c. water In 5 quart pot add water and sugar. Bring to boil. Cool. Whirl bananas in blender with some of the pineapple juice until smooth. Mix everything together. Freeze and seal in 3 (1/2 gallon) milk containers. To serve, put 1 frozen container in punch bowl. Cover with icy 7-Up. Each container will use about 4 to 5 (2 liter) bottles of 7-Up. Scrape fruit mixture so everything gets mixed together. To get 7-Up icy, open the container to let some of the carbonation out. Seal and put in freezer until icy but not frozen solid so it can still be poured. |
