"EASY" LASAGNA 
(Requires no boiling of noodles or browning hamburger).

1 qt. spaghetti sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 lb. hamburger (lean)
1 c. cottage cheese
8 oz. lasagna noodles
1/2 lg. onion (optional)
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Mix 1/2 teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon basil in 1 quart spaghetti sauce. Spray 9 x 12 inch pan with Pam. Put 1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce on bottom of pan. Add layer of "raw" lasagna noodles (4 ounces). Add 1/2 pound lean "raw" hamburger in little pieces. Sprinkle with 1/2 large chopped onion and 1 cup cottage cheese. Pour on 1/1 2 cups sauce. Cover with "raw" noodles (4 ounces). Sprinkle with 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese and other 1/2 pound of hamburger.

Pour on rest of spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle with 8 ounces Mozzarella cheese and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil. Bake covered at 375 degrees for 1 hour and uncovered for 45 minutes. Baking times may vary depending on pan type used. Serves 6-8.
