SOUPER EASY QUICHE 
4 eggs
1 (10 2/3 to 11 oz.) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
1/2 c. light cream
1 c. shredded sharp or American Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. diced, cooked ham
1/2 c. drained, cooked, chopped broccoli
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
Ground nutmeg

In medium bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Gradually add soup and cream, mixing well. Sprinkle cheese, ham, and broccoli evenly over pie crust. Pour soup mixture over all. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until center is set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Makes 6 servings. Also can be frozen and reheated for later.
