SHRIMP QUICHE 
1 partially baked pastry shell
1/2 lb. cooked shrimp, cut in sm. pieces
2 tsp. tomato paste
3/4 tsp. dill weed
3 tbsp. chopped chives
1/2 c. Gruyere or Swiss cheese
3 eggs
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
Black pepper
1 tbsp. butter, melted
Nutmeg

Place the shrimp in a bowl with all remaining ingredients except nutmeg. Mix well, pour into pastry shell. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees, using a 10 inch quiche pan 1 inch deep. Serves 4 to 6.
